Last night at the December poly meeting– we made our big announcement. After much pavement pounding and several dead ends– we have secured some new space. We plan to give it a go in January. This space has room for up to 200 people, can be arranged in a variety of ways, is climate controlled and has a kitchen. We also do not have to do any set up to take down.
It’s a New Year! A time for change and forward momentum. We have grown and hope to continue to grow.

That said the Whetstone Shelterhouse is located further back int he park, near the entrance to the Park of Roses. There is ample parking and for anyone taking the bus or walking, we plan to have a Board Member available to walk, drive with you into the park, if that would be helpful. Simply contact the board via the site to make arrangements.

Meetings are always the 2nd Monday of the month.
January meeting will be 1/12. Meeting starts at 7 pm and ends at 9 pm. We plan to pause at 8:20 pm for those who wish to leave for the OSU game.
After the Meeting is held at Bob’s Bar.
There is a calender on the site and that is a great place to check out what is going on. We are also on Fetlife and Meet Up if you prefer those formats for active tracking.
