“The Practice of Polyamory: Cultivating Freedom and Non-Possession in Intimate Relationships”

Sat, September 5, 2-4pm

What do we desire and require from our intimate relationships? What does freedom mean, in the context of a romantic and/or sexual union? What is our definition of commitment? How does the Buddhist concept of impermanence affect how we love and are loved? We will discuss these, and other probing questions, in this dynamic afternoon gathering at the CIC. Dr. Anya will share from her new book, Opening Love: Intentional Relationships & the Evolution of Consciousness, and lead dialogue about how to cultivate intentional, open, and poly relationships based on the principles of freedom and non-possession. At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Anya will be available to sign your copy of Opening Love.

Suggested donation: $3-$5 for Rev. Dawn and the CIC, in gratitude for the use of space
